Leadership
Leadership is a skill I have honed and developed over the last 3 years and is now an ability which I pride myself upon. I have held numerous leadership positions through which I have learned how to efficiently manage and motivate teams. I am always looking to interact with other leaders to learn new styles of leadership. The leadership positions I have held are listed below.
Head of Student Council
The Shri Ram School Aravali
The head of the student council is the most prestigious leadership position one can hold in their school life. I served as a representative for the school in various forums and helped plan various events. I initiated a peer mentoring program that impacted over 4 grades and 500+ students in our school.
Secretary and Head of Music Society
The Shri Ram School Aravali
As the head and secretary of the school's music society, I was tasked with managing and conducting weekly sessions. I organized over 10 concerts and performances for the members of the club and trained teams to participate in various band competitions. I learned how to lead people who are more skilled than me, an invaluable skill that has helped me in various other aspects of life.
Secretary of Information Communcation and Technology
The Shri Ram School Aravali
This was the first leadership position I held and was tasked with organizing and leading teams to plan events and take part in competitions. I was also tasked with creating content for school gatherings which taught me the invaluable skills of video and photo editing.
